The kit is a one off purchase and the watch is a monthly subscription, both through Stripe. Cancel the watch at any time from the account page. Because the kit is a digital file delivered immediately, a refund is offered where the file is faulty or not as described; write to support@theartofservice.com and it will be resolved.

## Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee applies and the failure is not a major failure, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
